Caroline Staub founded the company CROVES Real Estate in 2022 and is the owner and managing director.

 

She has over 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years within the real estate industry in various sectors and positions at well-known and internationally active real estate service providers and institutional real estate investors.

 

Caroline Staub has extensive experience in the areas of real estate asset management, acquisition and sale of residential and investment properties, leasing, interior design of residential and commercial spaces, implementation of construction measures, as well as business development.

 

Among other things, her professional career included serving as Head of Asset Management for a mixed real estate portfolio (office and residential properties) in Germany and Switzerland with a volume of CHF 1.5 billion, as well as being responsible for the further development and expansion of the real estate portfolio in Germany at an investment firm. At a multinational Swiss bank, she was Product Leader (Real Estate Asset Management) and Digital Ambassador for a listed real estate fund, responsible for a mixed real estate portfolio (residential properties, office and commercial properties, shopping centers, serviced apartments, and senior residence properties) throughout Switzerland with a volume of CHF 3 billion.

 

Caroline Staub has built up a broad network of relevant stakeholders along the entire value chain of a property.

 

During her professional career, Caroline Staub has continuously pursued further education at renowned institutions and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Real Estate International from the University of Regensburg, accredited by RICS, a diploma as a federally certified real estate trustee, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Communication from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
